Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and pakr7 ("pakr7," "we," "us," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the pakr7 online gaming platform accessible at pakr7.net and any related services, applications, or features offered thereunder.

Eligibility

pakr7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age or identity from any user at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of the user's account and withholding of any associated funds pending verification.

Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of services available on pakr7, users must complete the account registration process. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

Users agree to the following obligations in respect of their pakr7 account:

1. To provide truthful and accurate information at registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
2. To maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pakr7 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3. To notify pakr7 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4. Not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account to place bets or engage in any gaming activity.
5. Not to register more than one account on pakr7 under any circumstances. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pakr7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
6. Not to use another person's account, identity, or payment method without explicit lawful authorisation.

pakr7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Account verification, including KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, may be required before withdrawals are processed or at any other point determined by pakr7.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pakr7 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Users agree that all funds deposited into a pakr7 account must originate from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Use of third-party payment sources is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to their verified source.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. pakr7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other user or third party.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before bonus funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's terms.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the applicable validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.

In all cases of dispute regarding bonus eligibility or fulfilment, pakr7's determination shall be final and binding. Users are encouraged to read the full terms of each individual promotion before accepting any offer.

Gameplay & Fair Play

pakr7 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all users. All game outcomes on pakr7 are final once the game round has concluded and the result has been confirmed by the system. Technical malfunctions that corrupt the delivery of a game result void the affected round, and all wagers placed in that round will be returned to the affected user's account. This process is administered automatically and does not require a user claim.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pakr7 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published within the betting interface:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to users.

• Where a pricing error is identified (commonly known as a "palpable error"), pakr7 reserves the right to correct the odds and settle affected bets at the correct odds, or to void the affected bets entirely, at its reasonable discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sports markets. Maximum limits applicable to specific sports are displayed in the betting interface. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.

PSL betting markets on pakr7 are among the most actively followed by Pakistani users. Due to the high-profile nature of PSL events, pakr7 may apply enhanced review procedures for large-stake PSL bets and reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at any time.

Responsible Gaming

• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors that result in the inability of a user to access the platform or complete a gaming session.
• Delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors, financial institutions, or telecommunications providers.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Account Suspension & Closure

pakr7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pakr7 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The user has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• The user has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with their use of the platform;
• The user is under 21 years of age;
• The account is the subject of a legal dispute or regulatory investigation;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other users.

Users may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the pakr7 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their verified payment method after completion of applicable KYC procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

pakr7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, pakr7 will endeavour to notify registered users via the platform dashboard, registered email address, or other appropriate communication channel prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the pakr7 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
